We chose this hotel (and it was more expensive than others of similar characteristics) because it has an indoor pool. we arrived we were told that the WIFI was not working and pool was closed by Health Department. we chose this Hotel because of the swimming pool (more expensive than others of similar characteristics). we arrived WIFI was not working and pool closed by Health Department.

The bed was good. The pillows and covers and comfort was good.

The entire facility looked like it was being updated. The carpet needs to be replaced and I think they are in the process of working that problem.

The rooms were newly remodeled and well-appointed. The breakfast was complimentary and fantastic with Texas-shaped waffles. Thanks to good service, I had a perfectly pleasant stay.

Bed was great! Staff was very nice! I love coffee and ice water in the lobby.

Our room had been remodeled and paint was left splattered on the front of the bath tub. It had a cluttered look, construction materials left in the entry.

It was also really close to a fitness center 3 miles away. Comfort Suites South Amarillo in Amarillo provided an outstanding home base for my weekend getaway. The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were competent and available around the clock. Additionally, the location was convenient and situated close to a fitness center just 3 miles away.

I think they were remodeling the hotel. There was a lot of what looked like construction mess. If they were not remodeling then the score I gave would drop even more

Conveniently situated near common areas and a gym 💪. Plus, we really enjoyed the nearby lake, just a short 15-minute stroll away 🚶.

Room was spacious and provided us with all we needed. Bed comfort is a must for us because both I and my wife deal with pain. The beds were as firm as we needed to be. There were plenty of pillows. Slept well.

Something happened on hotel property that required the visit of 3 marked and one unmarked police vehicle. Location is right off of interstate. Rooms were insulated from sound, though and noise wasn't an issue.

It was easy to get to other locations.

The renovation that was taking place made the place look so old.
